- ¼ cup Sugar
- 3 Egg Whites

- Graham Cracker Crust or Tart Shells
Instructions
- Prepare the Tart Shells – pre-bake according to package instructions or make from scratch and cool completely.
- Melt the White Chocolate – in a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth, then let cool slightly.
- Whip the Cream – whip heavy cream in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
- Beat the Egg Whites – in a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Combine Ingredients – fold melted white chocolate into whipped cream, then carefully add beat egg whites until no streaks remain.
- Fill Tart Shells – spoon or pipe the mousse into cooled tart shells and top with fresh berries or a drizzle of chocolate.
- Chill and Serve – refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to set and meld flavors.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute with lighter cream or coconut cream. You can use aquafaba for a vegan option.
