Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
