- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt. Whisk together until the mixture is free of clumps.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until blended.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the chocolate to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before carefully lifting it out using the parchment paper. Slice into squares and serve!
