Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Slice the bread into 1-inch thick pieces and brush with olive oil.
- Broil the bread for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Layer fresh tomato and mozzarella slices on top of the toasted bread.
- Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with balsamic glaze if using.
- Top with fresh basil leaves and broil for an additional minute.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
