Instructions

  1. Prepare the Onions: Peel and slice Tennessee Onions into thin rings.

  3. Cook the Onions: Add sliced onions and cook until soft and translucent, around 10 minutes.
  4. Season and Add Broth: Season with salt and pepper, then add broth and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Add Herbs and Finish: Stir in fresh herbs and balsamic vinegar; cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
