- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced

- 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
Instructions
- Prepare the Onions: Peel and slice Tennessee Onions into thin rings.
- Sauté the Garlic: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Cook the Onions: Add sliced onions and cook until soft and translucent, around 10 minutes.
- Season and Add Broth: Season with salt and pepper, then add broth and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Add Herbs and Finish: Stir in fresh herbs and balsamic vinegar; cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy: Taste and adjust seasoning before serving on its own or as a topping.
