- 3 cups Fresh Corn
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 can (15 oz) Cream of Corn
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ cup Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, and eggs until smooth. Incorporate cream of corn, fresh corn, milk, and cornmeal until just combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and smooth the top evenly.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
