  • 1/4 cup butter (or vegan butter)
  • 2 eggs (or flaxseed meal mixture for vegan)
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free cheese)
  • 1 cup milk (or almond/oat milk for dairy-free)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, creamed corn, honey, melted butter, eggs, cornmeal, cheddar cheese, and milk. Stir until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, until the top is golden brown.

Notes
