- 8 oz Halloumi Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 4 Whole Wheat Wraps
- 2 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
- 1 cup Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 Avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your frying pan or grill over medium heat. Slice the halloumi into 1/2-inch thick slices and chop your vegetables.
- Add a splash of olive oil to the preheated pan and cook the halloumi slices for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Assemble your wraps starting with a whole wheat wrap, adding mixed greens, cucumber, bell pepper strips, and grilled halloumi.
- Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the filling, adjusting the amount to your spice tolerance.
- Fold the sides of the wrap inward and roll it up snugly.
- Slice the wrap in half for easy eating and serve with extra sweet chili sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For best flavor, store halloumi separately from wraps and veggies.
