Instructions

- Carefully slice each Medjool date along one side without cutting all the way through and remove the pit.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and grated parmesan. If using, add honey and finely chopped fresh herbs.
- Fill each date with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
