- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup balsamic reduction
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to warm up.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over the dough and spread a thin layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Slice the strawberries into thin rounds and scatter them over the mozzarella.
- Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the strawberries.
- Carefully slide the pizza onto the hot pizza stone or into the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Drizzle balsamic reduction over the pizza once it’s out of the oven.
- Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle on top. Slice and serve warm.
