- 1 cup Fresh Spinach, chopped
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts, chopped
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Puff Pastry Sheets
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets into rectangles to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Evenly spread the spinach and artichoke mixture across the puff pastry, leaving a small border along the edges.
- Starting from one edge, roll the pastry into a log shape and seal the edge.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled pastry into approximately 1-inch wide pieces.
- Place the swirls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring a bit of space between each piece.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
For a healthier version, substitute low-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt for sour cream.
