- 1 package Ritz Crackers
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Sea Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange a single layer of Ritz crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Place a dollop of the peanut butter mixture on each cracker and spread gently.
- Top with another Ritz cracker to form a sandwich.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each sandwich in chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie while the chocolate is warm.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until chocolate sets.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat crackers or almond butter. To reduce sugar, consider sugar-free chocolate chips.
