  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets to about 1/8-inch thickness and cut into 3-inch squares.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Place a teaspoon of cream cheese filling in the center of each pastry square. Top with a teaspoon of raspberry jam and a few fresh raspberries.
  5. Fold each pastry square into triangles or pinwheels and press the edges to seal.
  6. Arrange the pastries on a lined baking sheet and brush the tops with an egg wash.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar and serve warm.
