- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets to about 1/8-inch thickness and cut into 3-inch squares.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Place a teaspoon of cream cheese filling in the center of each pastry square. Top with a teaspoon of raspberry jam and a few fresh raspberries.
- Fold each pastry square into triangles or pinwheels and press the edges to seal.
- Arrange the pastries on a lined baking sheet and brush the tops with an egg wash.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar and serve warm.
