Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray, or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix together the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
