Instructions

  2. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray, or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
