Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Holiday sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second bursts until smooth.
  2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and brown sugar, then gradually add to the chocolate mixture, stirring until well incorporated.
  4. Add vanilla extract and fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture in, spreading evenly.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle holiday sprinkles on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm, then cut into squares.
