Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentil flour
  • 1/2 cup corn starch (or potato starch)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (or coconut oil)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (or grated Parmesan cheese)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Water (as needed)
  • Spices (optional, e.g., paprika, chili powder, cumin)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the lentil flour, corn starch, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, and sea salt.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the dry mixture and combine until crumbly.
  4. Slowly add water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until you have a dough-like consistency.
  5. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. Cut into desired chip shapes and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
  7. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove once golden and cool on a wire rack.
