Instructions

- Slice the chilled dough into 1/4-inch rounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
