Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a larger mixing bowl, combine the sugar and vegetable oil. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Slowly mix in the pistachio milk and vanilla extract until fully blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed pistachios.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve with powdered sugar or a drizzle of pistachio glaze for an elegant touch. You can also add fresh berries for extra sweetness.
