Indulgent brownies combining rich dark chocolate and crunchy pistachios, enhanced with Ferrero Rocher chocolates.

- 1 cup Dark Chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (or coconut oil)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 large Eggs (or applesauce for vegan)
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pistachios
- 6 Ferrero Rocher Chocolates (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (or almond butter)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan, melt dark chocolate and butter over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in granulated and brown sugars until combined.
- Allow to cool slightly, then whisk in eggs one at a time.
- Sift together flour and salt, then fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Gently mix in chopped pistachios and Ferrero Rocher pieces.
- Pour the batter into the greased dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan and drizzle melted chocolate hazelnut spread on top.
- Cut into squares and serve, optionally garnished with crushed pistachios or ice cream.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute eggs with applesauce or flax eggs. Ensure gluten-free by using certified gluten-free flour.
