Description

Indulgent brownies combining rich dark chocolate and crunchy pistachios, enhanced with Ferrero Rocher chocolates.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs (or applesauce for vegan)
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pistachios
  • 6 Ferrero Rocher Chocolates (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (or almond butter)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt dark chocolate and butter over low heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in granulated and brown sugars until combined.
  4. Allow to cool slightly, then whisk in eggs one at a time.
  5. Sift together flour and salt, then fold into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Gently mix in chopped pistachios and Ferrero Rocher pieces.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased dish and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Cool in the pan and drizzle melted chocolate hazelnut spread on top.
  10. Cut into squares and serve, optionally garnished with crushed pistachios or ice cream.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute eggs with applesauce or flax eggs. Ensure gluten-free by using certified gluten-free flour.
