- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into the base of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Make the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in heavy whipping cream, then mix in pudding and vanilla.
- Assemble and chill: Spread filling over the crust. Top with chopped pistachios. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Remove from pan, slice, and enjoy with toppings if desired.
