Description

Deliciously roasted leeks topped with crispy Parmesan cheese, perfect for enhancing your meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 Leeks
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the root end and dark green tops off the leeks, slice them lengthwise, rinse well, and pat dry.
  3. In a mixing bowl, drizzle leeks with olive oil, toss, and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Arrange leeks cut-side up on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove leeks and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; return to oven for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be served with roasted chicken or tossed in pasta.
