Delightful no-bake bars combining crunchy pretzels with creamy caramel and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pretzels (traditional or gluten-free)
- 1 cup almond butter (or sunflower butter)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (or agave syrup)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Sea salt flakes for topping
Instructions
- Grease an 8×8-inch square baking pan with coconut oil or line with parchment paper.
- Crush the pretzels into small pieces in a ziplock bag.
- In a large bowl, combine crushed pretzels, almond butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil, stirring until smooth, then pour over the pretzel layer.
- Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Remove bars from the pan, slice into squares, and serve.
Notes
These bars can be made in advance and stored for later enjoyment.
