  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Strawberry Jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  6. Divide the dough into three equal parts: one plain, one mixed with cocoa, and one mixed with strawberry jam.
  7. Take a piece from each flavor to roll together, forming a swirl pattern. Flatten slightly and place on prepared baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are firm, then let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

To make vegan, substitute eggs with flax eggs and butter with vegan butter. For a healthier option, use whole wheat flour and natural sweeteners.
