Description

These Muddy Buddy Rice Krispies combine the chocolate–peanut butter magic of classic Muddy Buddies with the crispy crunch of Rice Krispies. A quick and easy no-bake dessert perfect for parties, holidays, or whenever a sweet craving strikes!


Ingredients

6 cups Rice Krispies cereal (fresh for maximum crunch)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or sunflower butter for nut-free)

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar


Instructions

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

Stir in vanilla extract.

Add Rice Krispies and gently fold until evenly coated.

Let the mixture cool for 2–3 minutes.

Transfer to a large resealable bag, add powdered sugar, and shake until fully coated.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute sunflower butter or cookie butter.

Try Cocoa Krispies or seasonal Rice Krispies for fun flavor twists.
