- 4 cups ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup cold and diced butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes with lemon juice and cinnamon. Toss gently.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Add the cold butter and work the mixture until crumbly.
- Transfer the mango mixture to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
- Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream or yogurt for an added treat.
