Ingredients

  • 4 cups ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup cold and diced butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes with lemon juice and cinnamon. Toss gently.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Add the cold butter and work the mixture until crumbly.
  4. Transfer the mango mixture to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
  6. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
