Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough

  • Fresh Lemon
  • Ricotta Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pizza Dough by stretching on a floured surface.
  2. Preheat your oven to its highest setting.
  3. Roll the dough onto a pizza peel coated with flour or cornmeal and drizzle olive oil over it.
  4. Dollop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese over the pizza base.
