Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Lemon
- Ricotta Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
- Prepare the Pizza Dough by stretching on a floured surface.
- Preheat your oven to its highest setting.
- Roll the dough onto a pizza peel coated with flour or cornmeal and drizzle olive oil over it.
- Dollop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese over the pizza base.
- Zest and juice the lemon over the ricotta.
