- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- Melt the butter and brush it onto the puff pastry.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the brushed butter.
- Cut the pastry into 1-inch wide strips.
- Twist each strip several times and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with an egg wash.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
