Irresistible Chocolate Raspberry Yogurt Clusters (Viral Pinterest Snack You’ll Love!)

  • Author: Alice Wellington
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 8 clusters 1x
  • Diet: Gluten Free

Description

These Chocolate Raspberry Yogurt Clusters are a quick, freezer-friendly treat that combines creamy yogurt, juicy raspberries, and rich melted chocolate. They’re the perfect blend of sweet and tangy — healthy enough for a snack, yet indulgent enough for dessert. Easy to make, customizable, and totally Pinterest-worthy!

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh raspberries, gently patted dry

½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt of choice)

1 tablespoon almond or cashew butter (adds creaminess and prevents iciness)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, for extra nutrition)

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips (dark, semi-sweet, or milk)

1 teaspoon coconut oil (helps thin melted chocolate)

Optional: crushed freeze-dried raspberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a bowl, combine yogurt, nut butter, vanilla extract, and protein powder (if using). Stir until smooth and creamy.

  2. Fold in the Raspberries: Gently mix in the raspberries so they’re evenly coated but not crushed.

  3. Form Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop spoonfuls of the raspberry-yogurt mixture onto it. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.

  4. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.

  5. Dip the Clusters: Once frozen, dip each cluster into the melted chocolate. Return them to the parchment-lined tray.

  6. Top & Freeze Again: Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried raspberries over the top. Freeze another 10–15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

  7. Serve or Store: Enjoy right away, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Notes

For a vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt and vegan chocolate chips.

To make smaller bites, use a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon for scooping.

Let clusters sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving for a softer texture.

Great as a snack, dessert, or healthy treat between meals!
