Ingredients

- ½ cup cold water
- ¼ cup raw, organic honey
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 teaspoons gelatin (or agar-agar for plant-based)
- Optional add-ins (e.g., ginger, cinnamon)
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients and measure them out.
- In a small saucepan, add ½ cup of cold water and sprinkle the gelatin over the water. Let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- Place the saucepan over low heat and stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add honey, lemon juice, and turmeric to the dissolved gelatin. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into gummy molds using a dropper or small jug.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
For flavor variations, consider adding ginger or cinnamon. Store gummies in an airtight container to maintain texture.
