Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients and ensure that your goat cheese is at room temperature for easier spreading.
- Finely chop the dried figs and pistachios.
- In a bowl, combine the softened goat cheese with finely chopped fresh thyme and mix with a fork. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the herbed goat cheese mixture evenly onto a serving platter.
- Sprinkle the chopped figs and pistachios evenly over the goat cheese and gently press down.
- Drizzle honey generously over the top, followed by a light drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with a few sprigs of fresh thyme and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour.
