Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, or sugar alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, and blend until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oats, baking powder, and sweetener. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
