Ingredients

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Medjool Dates by blending them in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add the almonds and pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Incorporate the cocoa powder and peanut butter and blend until dough-like.
  4. Mix in coconut and vanilla, pulsing for even distribution.
  5. Form the bars by pressing the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes, then slice into bars or squares.

Notes

For nut allergies, substitute with seeds like pumpkin or sunflower seeds. These bars can be frozen for up to three months.
