- Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form, then blend in sugar.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the pudding layer.
- Repeat the process: add another layer of ladyfingers, more raspberry sauce, the remaining pudding, and finish with the remaining whipped cream.
