  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder (chocolate flavor recommended)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal and clean-up.
  2. In a food processor, combine black beans, nut butter, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), protein powder, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and fully incorporated.
  3. Add the baking powder to the mixture and give it a quick pulse to combine.
  4. Transfer the brownie batter into the lined baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick.
  6. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before lifting out using parchment paper and cooling completely on a wire rack.
