Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe Fresh Peaches
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Melted Butter
  • Optional Garnishes: Crushed Pecans or Walnuts, Vanilla Yogurt, Whipped Cream, Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash the peaches, cut in half, and remove the pit. Peel if desired.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Drizzle the peach halves with olive oil or melted butter, then coat with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  4. Place peach halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes until tender with grill marks.
  5. Flip peaches and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes to caramelize.
  6. Remove from grill, cool briefly, and serve warm garnished with toppings of choice.

Notes

Grilled peaches are best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
