- 4 ripe Fresh Peaches
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Melted Butter
- Optional Garnishes: Crushed Pecans or Walnuts, Vanilla Yogurt, Whipped Cream, Mint Leaves
Instructions
- Wash the peaches, cut in half, and remove the pit. Peel if desired.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Drizzle the peach halves with olive oil or melted butter, then coat with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Place peach halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes until tender with grill marks.
- Flip peaches and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes to caramelize.
- Remove from grill, cool briefly, and serve warm garnished with toppings of choice.
Notes
Grilled peaches are best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
