- 4 Cod Fillets
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Stir until well-coated.
- Pat the cod fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned cod in the baking dish and evenly spread the garlic-Parmesan mixture on top.
- Bake the cod for 15-20 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
