  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Stir until well-coated.
  4. Pat the cod fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
