Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing zucchini, cutting off the ends, and slicing into 1-inch rounds.
- Make the garlic butter by melting unsalted butter in a small saucepan, then adding minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir for about 2 minutes.
- Skewer the zucchini rounds onto skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the skewered zucchini, reserving some for later basting.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with reserved garlic butter.
- Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
