- 16–20 Oreo Cookies
- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Sprinkles
- Optional Add-ins (nuts or dried fruits)
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Crush the Oreos into chunky pieces.
- Add the crushed Oreos to the melted white chocolate and stir until coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/2-inch thickness.
- Melt the dark chocolate using the same method as the white chocolate.
- Drizzle the dark chocolate over the white chocolate mixture and swirl with a toothpick.
- Add sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until firm.
- Break into pieces or slice into squares.
Notes
For a lower-calorie version, consider sugar-free Oreo cookies and swap white chocolate for Greek yogurt.
