- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully blended.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and serve.
