Ingredients

- 1 cup chocolate (dark, semi-sweet, or milk)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Graham cracker or cookie crust
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing about 10-12 graham crackers and mixing with melted butter and sugar.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan and pre-bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate, heavy cream, and butter over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in beaten eggs and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the raspberries and pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool on a wire rack and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
