  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the mini sweet peppers thoroughly, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Pat them dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, and chives until smooth.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
  4. Fill each mini pepper half with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Garnish with additional everything bagel seasoning and serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
