- 1 package Ritz Crackers
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
- 2 tbsp Dill Weed
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, dill pickles, dill weed, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread a generous amount of the cheese and pickle mixture on a Ritz cracker, and top with another cracker to create a sandwich.
- Place the assembled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden.
- Let them cool for a minute before serving.
Notes
For a healthier twist, consider using reduced-fat cheese and whole wheat Ritz crackers.
