  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup onions (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye with salt and pepper. Heat the skillet and add olive oil. Cook steak for 2-3 minutes until browned, then set aside.
  2. Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Lower heat, return the steak to the skillet, and add cream cheese. Stir until melted and mixed.
