- Camembert Cheese
- Pistachios
- Egg Wash (1 egg + water)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, cook cranberries with sugar and water until they burst, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool.
- Roll out the puff pastry to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into a Christmas tree shape, place Camembert in the middle, add cranberry mixture and sprinkle pistachios.
- Seal the pastry edges tightly.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve.
