- 1/2 cup Nut Butter (Almond or Peanut)
- 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Sprinkles
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Gather Your Ingredients: Measure out all your ingredients for easier mixing.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, and cinnamon.
- Add the Wet Ingredients: Add the nut butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry mixture. If using coconut flakes or chocolate chips, add them now.
- Form the Balls: Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Add Sprinkles: Lightly roll each protein ball in sprinkles to give them a festive appearance.
- Chill: Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
