Ingredients
- Flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
- Brie Cheese
- Dried Cranberries
- Toasted Walnuts
- Hot Honey
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay flatbread on a baking sheet and brush olive oil on top.
- Slice the Brie and distribute evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries over the Brie.
- Chop toasted walnuts and scatter on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with hot honey once out of the oven.
- Slice and serve warm.
