Description

Ingredients

  • Flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • Brie Cheese
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Toasted Walnuts
  • Hot Honey
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay flatbread on a baking sheet and brush olive oil on top.
  3. Slice the Brie and distribute evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle dried cranberries over the Brie.
  5. Chop toasted walnuts and scatter on top.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy and the cheese is melted.
  8. Drizzle with hot honey once out of the oven.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
