- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cover phyllo dough sheets with a damp towel.
- Layer 3-4 phyllo sheets, brushing each with olive oil, then cut into squares and press into a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, combine crumbled feta, olive oil, and thyme, stirring gently.
- Spoon the feta mixture into each phyllo cup, twisting excess phyllo over the filling.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle with hot honey and serve warm.
