Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and dry the zucchinis thoroughly, then cut them into thin, even slices (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry the zucchini chips for about 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, transfer the chips to a wire rack to cool, and enjoy immediately or store for later!
