Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and halve larger ones for even cooking.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot and cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Drain the potatoes and combine with the garlic cream sauce, tossing to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
