- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and halve larger ones for even cooking.
- Boil salted water in a pot and cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Drain the potatoes and combine with the garlic cream sauce, tossing to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

For healthier options: Substitute yogurt for heavy cream or use vegetable broth instead.
