- 1 wheel Brie cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
- 1 egg (for wash)
- 1 tbsp milk (for wash)
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out your puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the Brie in the center of the pastry.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the Brie.
- Top with toasted pecans.
- Fold the pastry over the Brie and seal it tightly.
- Whisk together egg and milk, then brush over the pastry.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
