Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

  • 1 egg (for wash)
  • 1 tbsp milk (for wash)
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out your puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place the Brie in the center of the pastry.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over the Brie.
  5. Top with toasted pecans.
  6. Fold the pastry over the Brie and seal it tightly.
  7. Whisk together egg and milk, then brush over the pastry.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
